Terms of Service for Nassau

Nassau (“the App”) is developed and operated by Stefan Crafoord-Wiklund (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these terms.
The Service
The App lets you record golf rounds, scores, and shots, and browse golf course information. The App is provided free of charge, as is, and we may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You must provide a valid email address if you create an account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the App.
Your Content
The rounds, scores, shots, and photos you record remain yours. You grant us the limited right to store and process them solely to provide the App’s features. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to use.
Course Data
Course information (holes, pars, tees, ratings) is compiled from public sources and provided for convenience. We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness — the course’s own scorecard is always authoritative, including for handicap purposes.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the App — including attempting to access other users’ data, disrupting the service, or reverse-engineering it beyond what applicable law permits.
Disclaimer and Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page; continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
